The Responsible Business Hub (RBH), in collaboration with IGS-GIZ Bangladesh, is Conducting training program Grievance Mechanism for the factory management.
This program is specifically designed to educate mid-level management (HR, Compliance) and Workers representatives of the factories in the Knitwear industries in Bangladesh about Grievance mechanism techniques inside the factory.
The primary objective of this training is to strengthen the sustainability understanding of garment factories and promote their commitment to harmonious industrial relations.
During this module, participants will have the basic understanding of the concept of the Grievance Mechanism techniques and understand how to practically implement due diligence and risk assessment in their own operations, including what tools to use.
